If there is not a "Buy It Now" graphic it probably means the bidding has already begun. Here is a method that will get you the best deal.

• Place a bid for a little above the current amount. You will be let know by email if you are outbid.
• If you get beat out that means other people want that item too. Now is the time to place a bid for the highest amount you are willing to pay for the item. Don't worry, you will only pay the amount that would make you the highestwinning bidder, not the maximum amount you bid.
• If you get outbid at this point then you should ask yourself just how badly you want this item. Don't make the error of being caught up in a bidding frenzy - you will quite probably end up buying it for more than you wanted to. If there are other auctions for the same thing, now is the time to move on to one of those for PR3.
• If you happen to win the auction think about purchasing your item with a credit card. You can do this through Paypal and it gives you more leverage in getting a refund if you don't get the product. This is very rare but note that there are a few scammers out there.
