If there are more auctions for the same item, now is the time to pick one of those for USRA.
• If you should win the auction think about purchasing your item with a credit card. You can do this with Paypal and it gives you more leverage in getting a refund if you don't receive the item. This happens very rarely but realize that there are some scammers selling on eBay.
