If there is no "Buy It Now" logo it probably means the bidding has started. Here is a technique that will get you the best price.
- Place a bid for a little bit above the current amount. You will be notified by email if someone outbids you.
- If you should get outbid that means others want the item too. So now is the time to make a bid for the maximum amount that you are willing to pay. Don't worry, you will only pay the amount that would make you the highestwinning bidder, not the highest amount you bid.
- If you get outbid at this point then you should ask yourself just how badly you want this item. Don't make the error of being caught up in a bidding frenzy - you may quite probably end up buying it for a higher amount than you really wanted to.
